Job responsibilities
(1) Be responsible for the development of new customers and the maintenance of old customers in the global core markets (Europe, America and Japan), formulate targeted sales strategies, and complete the annual sales targets and market expansion tasks.
(2) Being able to travel to visit core customers at home and abroad, deeply understand customer needs, provide customized product solutions, and establish long-term and stable strategic partnership.
(3) Deeply tap the needs of new customized projects of old customers, coordinate internal R&D and production resources, and ensure that new projects are delivered according to the agreed cycle.
(4) Participate in domestic and international trade exhibitions, be responsible for participating in the exhibition and exploring potential cooperation opportunities with customers, and assist the marketing department in the preparatory work for the exhibition.
(5) Follow up the whole business process, including customer inquiry processing, quotation negotiation, contract signing, order execution, logistics tracking and after-sales docking, to ensure the smooth completion of customer orders.
(6) Skillfully use overseas media platforms (such as industry professional websites, social media, B2B platforms, etc.) and overseas development channels to carry out brand exposure and accurate customer mining ".
(7) Maintain the company's customer resource library and product library, update customer information and product list in time, and do a good job in statistical analysis of sales data.
Work requirements
1) Bachelor degree or above, proficient in using Office software, major in international trade, business English, machinery manufacturing, vehicle engineering and other related fields is preferred, fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, and can be used as a working language (plus points for those with Japanese ability).
2) More than 3 years working experience in foreign trade sales, experience in foreign trade sales of turbocharger, engine, automobile powertrain or high-end mechanical products is preferred, and familiar with the technical characteristics of related products and industry market rules.
3) Have rich experience in overseas customer development, customer visits and international exhibitions, and be able to independently complete the whole process operation from customer excavation to order landing.
4) Familiar with overseas media promotion channels and customer development tools, with strong market insight and resource integration ability, and able to accurately capture market opportunities.
5) Hold a valid driver's license, be skilled in driving, be able to adapt to business trips at home and abroad (including overseas exhibitions, domestic exhibitions, and home visits by key customers), and the frequency of business trips is not high, depending on the company's market expansion needs.
6) Excellent communication and negotiation skills, pressure resistance and teamwork spirit, strong sense of purpose, and enthusiasm for the company's products and overseas sales.
